This version of "Cyrano de Bergerac" has been translated by Edwin Morgan into Glaswegian Scots. There is also an introduction that sets the play in its time and discusses the translation. The Communicado Theatre's production of this verse rendering won the Edinburgh Fringe First award at the 1992 Festival.
