James O'Hanlon
James O'Hanlon (1910-1969) got his start in Hollywood when his novel Over My Dead Body was adapted for the screen in 1942. His subsequent credits include family comedy (Sally and Saint Anne) to musicals (Calamity Jane) to sci-fi (Destination Moon, Conquest of Space). O’Hanlon collaborated with his brother George as a screenwriter for Warner Bros., writing TV series such as as 77 Sunset Strip and Gallant Men, as well as the theatrical release For Those Who Think Young (1964). At the time of his death in the early '70s, James O'Hanlon was working on a pilot for a TV show based on The Three Musketeers.Perform James O'Hanlon
