Andy Roninson is the son of refugees. His parents’ stories inspired his new musical Soviet Rebel Girl and the award-winning screenplay of the same name. As a music director and orchestrator, he has worked extensively off-Broadway (the Public, the Atlantic, Playwrights Horizons) and regionally (Park Playhouse, New London Barn Playhouse). His orchestrations for Beat By Beat Press musicals have been heard millions of times on YouTube and in dozens of international productions. He is the composer for the popular Korean TikTok channel @Mosaical and is working on several musicals for production in South Korea.
