How does this affect my Abbott Reader account?

While Concord Reader+ has replaced Abbott, our team has made sure that your transition from one app to the next is smooth. All previously purchased ePlays will be accessible within the Concord Reader+ app. If you can't find a past purchase, please contact Customer Service with a copy of your receipt or invoice number.

How do I create a Concord Reader+ account? 

Creating an account on Concord Reader+ is easy. All you need is a free Concord Theatricals account to gain access.  You can create your free Concord Theatricals account here. 

To access your Concord Reader+ account and your digital purchases, simply visit www.ConcordReaderPlus.com, and log in with your Concord Theatricals account log in. 

Can I purchase ePlays on the Concord Theatricals website to read on Concord Reader+?  

Absolutely! All ePlays purchased on the Concord Theatricals website will be added to your Concord Reader+ bookshelf. 

Your ePlays will be accessible in Concord Reader+, as well as through the Concord Reader+ tab on the My Account screen. In order to purchase ePlays through ConcordTheatricals.co.uk, you will need to be logged in to your account. 

Can I purchase Digital Perusals on the Concord Theatricals website to read on Concord Reader+?  

Absolutely! All Digital Perusals purchased on the Concord Theatricals website will be added to your Concord Reader+ bookshelf. 

Your Digital Perusals will be accessible in Concord Reader+, as well as through the Concord Reader+ tab on the My Account screen. In order to purchase Digital Perusals through ConcordTheatricals.co.uk, you will need to be logged in to your account. 

Please note: Digital perusals are rented items that may be accessed for up to 2 weeks (14 days). The rental period starts immediately after checkout has been completed. Once the access period has passed, the perusal must be re-purchased for additional access. 

How do I access my digital purchases? 

After making your digital purchase on the Concord Theatricals website, accessing your new product is easy. 

• Desktop/Tablets: 

Go to ConcordReaderPlus.com and click “Sign In” to access your digital purchases. If you haven’t logged in to the Concord Theatricals website or authorized your account, you will be taken through these steps before landing at your Concord Reader+ bookshelf. Your bookshelf will contain all of your digital purchases (ePlays, Digital Perusals, etc.). 

You can also access your Concord Reader+ by visiting My Account/Dashboard on the top right corner of the Concord Theatricals website. On your Dashboard, there are menu options for Concord Reader+. Each of these will take you to the ConcordReaderPlus.com website to access your bookshelf. 

• Mobile: 

For mobile devices, it is recommended that you install the Concord Reader+ app from the App Store (iOS devices) or from Google Play (Android devices).  

You can also access your purchases on any internet-enabled device by opening the browser on your device and navigating to ConcordReaderPlus.com. If you haven’t logged in to the Concord Theatricals website or authorized your account, you will be taken through these steps before landing at your Concord Reader+ bookshelf.
